- Practices Monday and Wednesday from 3:30-5:00 PM
- Practices begin Monday, October 7th and end Wednesday, November 20th
- Viking 5K held on Saturday, November 16th at Veterans Memorial Park
- Registration Fee $135 plus $27 for 5K
